We had a company event at Spare Time today. It went great. All of the staff was helpful and nice. The manager Charles was incredible. He jumped in and helped with our payment issue and then made sure our food and drinks were taken care of. Wonderful experience.

We came in from out of town hoping to eat and play. We were lost with the online ordering kiosk. (They don’t have a kids menu option.) Dee almost immediately came to help us. Not only did she take our order but served us and treated us so well. Dee was the highlight of the night! Helpful, funny and so kind! 10/10 ask for Dee next time you go!

Josh B. was very informative on the arcade side (and patient with an indecisive 8-year-old:). Kids Bowl Free plus the Snack and Play is a good deal. Very glad to have a vegan option for me, too. Good food, good fun!

Such a fun place! The workers are so friendly! The giant photo booth had unfortunately broken down after my boyfriend and I had taken pictures and we could not get our pictures printed and would not reboot properly. The nice win zone worker, Josh B, refunded us our money, gave us an additional $2 and paid for us to use the other traditional Photo Booth! Thank you so much!

We had a great time here! Very family friendly. There's places for the kids to play, places for adults to sit and actually talk, bowling, arcades, at least one restaurant that I saw, and the staff is amazing. Shout out to Daniel, who oversaw our event and brought that customer service A game. I'd definitely come back here.

We've been to Spare Time dozens of times over the past few years, but the customer service we received this evening was exceptional. Suzie at the front was kind and helpful with the game play card promotion. Josh was extremely thoughtful and went out of his way to help bag up 20 prize ducks (lol) when he overheard us joking about getting them home. When we realized something was missing from our food order, I asked someone who was nearby to see who I needed to talk to and she (Adyla?) immediately jumped in to help me herself and was so sweet. Very impressed with the staff here this evening!

I signed my kids up for the free bowling for the summer and the truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend for a good activity 😉 Ms. SUSIE I have to give her a huge shout out because she made sure we was well taken care of. We got a LG pepperoni pizza it was hot and fresh and not to bad. I appreciate good customer service because it make me want to come back and we will be back. 😊

Absolutely love coming here, great atmosphere and great people. The arcade is fun with such a variety of games to play. I love that there are no tickets to loose, everything is handy on a card. They have really good prizes too! Vegan friendly food options! The falafel wrap is really good.

I have to say that we were super impressed with our most recent experience. We often come to this location to bowl and play games. To give some back story, it's always highly stressful eating out with food allergies. Last summer, we decided to see if there was anything safe. We met the best manager ever. She also had a family member with food allergies so she understood the struggle. She was able to get us a full meal that was safe. We recently tried to eat while bowling again, but she wasn't there. 😳 I'm so impressed that the manager that night took the time, on a busy Saturday night, to make sure that we had a full meal again. He even wrote down our list of allergies and read all the ingredients for us. It's so heartwarming to know that this kind of care was not a one off experience. I can never express how grateful I am to everyone involved. I'd live to share a picture but my little one ate it too fast.

We had a great time at spare time. I was on a road trip from DC with 3 kids. I needed to pass time while waiting for the other party to show up. Oliver and the other gentleman at the check in counter were very nice & helpful. They also had a helper by the game section that helped my niece win a purple bouncing ball. That was so nice. I can truly tell they have a team approach to serving customers. A lady at the check in counter I didn’t get her name (she recently moved from another area) made sure the kids had the right size shoes and brought them to the lane. She also had the bartender come over to take our food & drink order. Another gentleman delivered the food I believe he was a manager , Charles. I can’t recall I should’ve wrote everyone’s name down. They had an “all hands on deck” approach to ensuring all customers had a great time! I will definitely stop by again if I meet my sister half way in NC again. So glad we found this place after a real bowling alley had a 2 hour wait. This was better for kids and families. A place to have clean fun.
